Our Next Steps Discipleship path helps folks realize the “next step” in their spiritual journey at Place of Grace Church. Whether it is becoming a membership partner at POGC, finding the right Serve Team, attending a POGC Connect or I Belong class, or engaging with a mentor for discipleship, this path ensures that everyone connected to the POGC family has purposeful opportunities to mature spiritually and develop into a
fully devoted follower of Christ.
Family Day Sunday - 1st Sunday
Family Day is like a family reunion celebrated each month with a time of food, fun, and fellowship following the worship service. It is a perfect time for our newest guests to meet a few folks who have been around for a while.
This event is for EVERYONE!
Time/ Location: First Sunday of each month (mostly) immediately following the 10:45 am worship service in the Fellowship Hall
Coffee with the Pastors - 2nd Sunday
Yes, there will be coffee and a chance to get to know Pastor Gary and his wife, Deb.
Coffee with the Pastors is just for our newest guests and residents.
Time/Location: Second Sundays every other month from 12:15 to 12:45 pm in the IBelong Ladies classroom (Adult Ministries hall)
Next Step Connect Classes - 3rd Sunday
A series of discipleship classes held on the third Sunday of each month. Everyone starts with #1 MEMBERSHIP.
Next Step classes are for adults and high school students age 16+.
Time/Location: 12:15 to 2 pm in the Chapel

Serve Teams
Jesus came to serve others and following Him means our lives are enriched and have purpose when we serve others too. When you are ready to "test drive" a Serve Team, we can find a place where you can enjoy knowing that you are living beyond yourself and embracing a life of extraordinary grace and making a difference!
